By working with HexaDev (a freelance development team), you agree to the following terms.
Service Provision
We provide web-development and related services as agreed in project proposals or invoices.
Client Responsibilities
- Supply accurate information and required content on time
- Ensure you hold the rights to all materials provided
- Manage and pay for third-party services (e.g., hosting, domains)
Payment Terms
- Project costs and payment terms are specified in the proposal or invoice
- Deposits (if required) are non-refundable
- Late payments may cause delays or suspension of services
Project Scope & Revisions
- Minor revisions are included as specified
- Major changes or requests outside the agreed scope may result in additional fees
Intellectual Property
- Ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client after full payment
- We retain rights to pre-existing tools
- We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
Confidentiality & Liability
- We will keep client information confidential except where disclosure is required by law
- While we deliver services with care, we are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services such as hosting or plugins
- Our liability for any damages is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing if the other breaches these terms; in such cases, the client must pay for completed work up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cyprus.
Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
